GENERAL UNIONS OF $p$-FATS POINTS
WITH BAD COHOMOLOGY

Abstract.Here we show that in characteristic $p$ general unions $Z\subset \mathbb {P}^n$ of certain zero-dimensional connected schemes related to $p$-power have bad posulation, i.e. $h^0(\mathbb {P}^n,\mathcal {I}_Z(kq))>0$ and $h^1(\mathbb {P}^n,\mathcal {I}_Z(kq))>0$.
