Abstract. We have given structure theorem of lcem reciprocal gced matrix on a set $S=\{x_{1},x_{2},\ldots,x_{n}\}$ where $x_{1}<x_{2}<\ldots<x_{n}$ and the gced and lcem exists for every $x_{i},x_{j}\in S$. We have calculated the determinant and inverse of lcem reciprocal gced matrix on an exponential divisor closed set.
