Abstract. Let $ W^{n} $ be a $ C^{\infty} $ complete, simply connected $ n $-dimensional Riemannian manifold without conjugate points. The relationship between geodesic-ray property, starshapedness and convexity are established in $ W^{n} $.Furthermore, some examples are given.
